There’s a wealth of knowledge among International Carwash Association members!
International Carwash Association members can now tap into the knowledge of their colleagues from non-competing markets through an initiative called Business Improvement Groups (BIGs). BIGs will create a forum through which members can share insights and strategies to help each other improve the success of their businesses.
“This is a truly unique concept for the car wash industry,” Executive Director Mark Thorsby says. “There is a lot of knowledge and experience between our members. It is important to have a forum where that information can be shared freely with other members. These groups, which usually consist of 6-10 carwash operators, will be able to share proven tactics and generate new ideas. The two-way communication will help those involved improve their businesses.”
The International Carwash Association is currently accepting applications for future BIGs. Please note that International Carwash Association membership is required. Already an Association member?
